2. Pay $100 by credit card. Includes $50 non-refundable registration fee and $50 non-refundable tuition deposit.
   (After you complete and submit this application form, you will be automatically directed to our Payment Form
   where you can pay the fee of $100 by credit card.)
   
3. FULL Tuition Students: If you would like to be considered for scholarship or work-study, send a CD (only
   CDs are accepted) of any length that demonstrates your abilities. The recording can include concerti, chamber
   music, solo works, etudes, and/or orchestral excerpts of your choice. Label the CD clearly with your name and
   the repertoire. Please mail recordings to:

Room & Board:	$500 Room and Board includes 7 nights in air-conditioned dormitory room with linens, plus 3 meals per day from Monday, June 21 through Saturday, June 27. No room and board is available for daily auditors.
