STEP 1: Fill out this form and click on "Submit Application" below.

STEP 2: Pay $100 by credit card. For Full-Time Tuition students, this fee includes a $50 non-refundable registration fee and a $50 non-refundable tuition deposit. For Auditors, this fee is a $100 non-refundable tuition deposit.
(After you complete and submit this application form, you will be automatically directed to our Payment Form where you can pay the fee of $100 by credit card.)

STEP 3: Full-Time Tuition Students only: If you would like to be considered for financial aid, send a CD or email links to one or more MP3 files (or a "Zip" archive containing multiple MP3 files) of any length that demonstrate your abilities. Financial aid is only available for Full-Time Tuition students.

The recording can include concerti, chamber music, solo works, etudes, and/or orchestral excerpts of your choice.
If you are sending a CD, label it clearly with your name and repertoire.
If you are emailing MP3 links, include repertoire information in your email and send to cohler@iwwf.org.

STEP 4: Payments: Your tuition is divided into two payment deadlines. The first tuition payment is due on April 1. The second tuition payment is due on May 1. Room & Board payments are due on May 1. All payments are non-refundable after the due dates for any reason including visa problems, health issues or flight schedules. By making these payments, you are agreeing to these terms.

Room & Board:	$550 Room and Board includes 7 nights (Sunday through Saturday) in air-conditioned dormitory room with linens, plus 3 meals per day from Monday through Saturday. No room and board is available for daily auditors.

Financial Aid:

YES! I would like to be considered for financial aid.

To be considered for financial aid, you must answer ALL of the following.
Amount:	What is the total amount of financial aid you NEED in order to participate in IWWF? (NOTE: IWWF offers tuition scholarships only. No scholarships are available for room and board. We do, however, offer work-study jobs to a limited number of students, which can help to cover some of your costs.) US$ Tuition scholarships are available for "Full Tuition" students only.
Work-study:	YES! Please consider me for a work-study job at IWWF. NO. Do not consider me for a work-study job at IWWF.
Statement:	Please give a brief written statement below explaining why you would like to be considered for financial assistance. Please provide as much information as possible so that we can properly evaluate your application.
