Application for IWWF

1. FULL Tuition Students: Send a tape or CD of any length that demonstrates your abilities on your instrument. Recording can include concerti, chamber music, solo works, etudes, and/or orchestral excerpts. Please send recordings to:

PARTIAL and AUDITOR Students: Do not need to submit a tape.

2. Fill out this form completely and click on "Verify Application" below.

3. Pay registration fee and tuition deposit by credit card using PayPal. The non-refundable registration fee is $50 and there is also a $50 non-refundable tuition deposit. After you complete and submit this application form, you will be directed to our Payment Form where you can pay the total fee of $100 by credit card.. You may also use this form to make any other payments to IWWF 2004.
